STANDARD TURN AROUND TIME: 7-14 Working days on all printing (No exclusions)

DELIVERY, SHIPMENT, AND RETURNS:

Your pack shipment Packages are generally dispatched within 7-10 business days after receipt of payment and approval taking count same day if approved by 11:00 am. Packages are shipped via THE COURIER GUY with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

DESIGN / FILES PREPARATION:

We always recommend customers send “ready to print files” instead of Microsoft office files for the following reason.

There are two ways to display an image on a screen, 1. RGB 2. CMYK

1-) RGB (Red, Green, Blue)= Rich color combination for all digital display images and animation 2-) CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black)) = Separation of colors perfect for printing and presses.

While Microsoft office is not a “designer” software, we still accept these files just because of their popularity, but every time we get a file under any of the Microsoft Word/Powerpoint or any other; we need to convert the customer files, to ready to print files, Most of the time free of charge.

During this preparation, the first change we experiment with is the conversion from RGB to CMYK which comes out with a more dull look compared to the brightest of the RGB. From our end, we can just convert the files and we will not altered its original colours for a different result. Please modify your design under a CMYK platform and re-send files if necessary.

For an already CMYK file, please download our ready to setup templates from our template section.

If you need a design prepared or re-touched, please refer to the custom order form and complete your request including attachments and any other files we could need for your project. We will respond within 2-4 business hours.

CANCEL ORDER AFTER PROOF PREPARATION: If you place an order requesting our free design email proof, then decide to cancel the order, a file preparation fee of R550 will be applied and any remaining balance will be refunded to your account within 8-30 business days.
*If you decide to receive an in-store credit for the amount of the order, the cancellation fee will be waived even if design proof has been generated.

ORDER APPROVAL and ORDER PICK-UP
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

Flyerprinting.co.za is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size INDEMNITY.

By submitting the above document to ExpressPrint.co.za “I agree to the following terms”.
I have verified that the spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed, and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.

ExpressPrint.co.za will make several attempts to contact the Customer when packages are ready for delivery. The customer has up to 15 days to accept delivery of the package(s) from ExpressPrint.co.za. If the Customer does not accept the delivery, the package(s) within this time period, the package(s) will be discarded, and ExpressPrint.co.za will not be held liable for the discarded item(s).

Please be advised that courier pick-ups are not permitted, we only offer Delivery at this point and no collections.

CUSTOMER CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not ExpressPrint.co.za, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use from ExpressPrint.co.za Gallery or send, upload, post or transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of ExpressPrint.co.za or any third party. Products and services, are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. Your Content may be used in our advertising or as a reference sample.

You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.

You acknowledge that ExpressPrint.co.za does not pre-screen Content, but that ExpressPrint.co.za and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that ExpressPrint.co.za may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ExpressPrint.co.za, its users and the public.

VAT (Value Added Tax) is not billed on any of our orders. A VAT Invoice cannot be given on any order.

ACCESS TO CONTENT
After printing, your Content and the Proofs ExpressPrint.co.za sent to you may be removed/deleted at any time without notice. Proofs will remain available for a maximum of 3 months. Content and Proofs created by Flyerprinting.co.za Design Services will remain available in perpetuity, barring catastrophic data loss.

ExpressPrint.co.za maintains no guarantee that Content uploaded into our system or provided by us as a background or clip art asset will be available in the future.

GOVERNING LAW
ExpressPrint.co.za is based in Pretoria, South Africa, and all transactions take place on ExpressPrint.co.za’s servers located in South Africa. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Sandton. South Africa. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Sandton, South Africa courts and agree that the venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall ExpressPrint.co.za or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not ExpressPrint.co.za has been advised of the possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Fast Flyers or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from the mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall ExpressPrint.co.za be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorised use of the site or its content.

INDEMINITY
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Flyerprinting.co.za and all parties from whom Flyerprinting.co.za has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Fast Flyers is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.

All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in a minimum of 350 DPI and CMYK color modes. Fast Flyers is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to customer-provided artwork.

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR 2ND PROOF
The first proof for each order is free (included in the printing price). Replacing any files after the first proof has been sent will result in additional charges for each file replacement.

The R50 fee applies to the following products:
Banners, Business Card, Bookmark, Club Flyer, Collectors Card, Door Hanger, Event Ticket, Hang Tag, Postcard, Rack cards, RipBusiness Card, Rolodex, Roll Label, Sticker, Table Tent, Tent Card, Wide Format Posters, Window Cling, Window Decal, and Yard Sign.

The R150 fee applies to the following products:
Envelope, Flyer, Letterhead, Staggered Cut Flyer, and Notepad

The R300 fee applies to the following products:
Booklet, Brochure, Calendar, Catalog, CD Package, DVD Package, Mini Menu, Poster, and Presentation Folder

COLOR PROOFING, MATCHING & PRINTING
ExpressPrint.co.za is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.

ExpressPrint.co.za will try its best to match the gradient density of each color, ExpressPrint.co.za is not liable for the final appearance of a color.

Important: Gang-run printing is multiple (and different) customer jobs combined on a large print sheet and run at the same time. For example, we layout 4 different customer Flyer Designs on one gang-run sheet, and run the sheet 5000 times to get 4 sets of 5000 Flyers. Each flyer set is a different flyer. This process allows us to spread the expensive initial setup cost of running a full-color, offset job among 4 customers.

The application of UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. ExpressPrint.co.za is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product/s.

We cannot guarantee the facility in which your order will be printed. In the case of a mechanical issue in one of our facilities, we may print your order in another facility to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.

ENVELOPES AND LETTERHEADS PAPER EFFECT IN COLOR.
Please note that because our letterhead and envelope paper stock is “uncoated”, we recommend you not use colors with high color density. By this, we mean dark colors (black, purple, blue, brown, etc). Dark colors tend to get soaked into the paper if their color values are too high. For best results, use light colors.

ORDER CANCELLATION
ExpressPrint.co.za will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.
If the job is canceled any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. Minimum is R150 ( 15%-30% of total transaction )
Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo and Graphic design services.

All work and services rendered to Customer remain ExpressPrint.co.za property until Customer has paid for it and discharged all other debts owing to ExpressPrint.co.za. If Customer misuses service(s) in any way, ExpressPrint.co.za reserves the right to contact the parties responsible for the misuse, and demand the cost for the service(s).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to the customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.

Customers must notify ExpressPrint.co.za within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped at the customer’s own expense.

COUPONS
Coupons cannot be applied to orders containing custom quotes, direct marketing, or mailing services.

ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ExpressPrint.co.za will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Flyerprinting.co.za be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

All ExpressPrint.co.za customers agree not to hold ExpressPrint.co.za liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Flyerprinting.co.za direct control. ExpressPrint.co. shipment and delivery dates are calculated based on estimates provided by our suppliers.

ExpressPrint.co.za will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.

Orders that will be shipped: Please allow one additional business day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting the turnaround time for shipping from THE COURIER GUY. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 1 business day from February 3rd, please allow the first day for ExpressPrint.co.za to relay your information and for THE COURIER GUY to pick up, and the following 1 business day/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.

Please be advised that we do not combine different items or orders for shipping. Due to the nature of gang-run printing, each item may be placed on a separate batch, and each batch may be completed at a different time than the rest of the items on the order. Thus, we ship each item separately to ensure you receive your products as soon as they are ready. We may combine shipping for items that have the same options, such as paper stock, quantity, etc.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over R500 in value and can only be done within 30 days from package shipment. ExpressPrint.co.za is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.

THE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, ExpressPrint.co.za will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

BROKERS
We do not accept free web-based email addresses for the broker’s program. If you’re a broker, we require that you place a minimum of (10) ten orders per month in order to keep your account active. If for some reason there is little or no activity on the account, the account is subject to conversion to a retail account.

We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.

All prices are subject to change without notice, no adjustments will be made.

Please note that not all products are printed in the Pretoria Facility.

Please supply the artwork in the colors that you require it to be printed in. The client needs to specify where they would like to have the perforated line, artwork needs to start 20mm away from the side they would like to have perf’d. Please supply artwork in pdf format. Alternatively, we can quote on layout and design. The client needs to be clear as to what files he/she has in order for us to quote accurately.
