Rooftop & building-mounted billboards
Use the height and position of your building to reach more people. We plan, supply and install rooftop and building-mounted billboard displays, including corner, V-shaped and L-shaped configurations.
Turn your building into a landmark
Rooftops and building facades can offer outstanding visibility over busy roads, intersections and highways. A well-placed rooftop or building-mounted billboard can be seen from further away and from more directions than many ground-level displays, making it a strong option for brand visibility and advertising income.
Because these displays are attached to buildings and often installed at height, careful planning is essential. We assess the building, the proposed mounting position and the access arrangements, then recommend a configuration and attachment method that suits the site. Structural assessment is carried out where required before any installation.
We also replace graphics and maintain existing rooftop and building displays, so your billboard keeps looking its best.

Visibility and placement
The best position depends on sight lines, traffic direction, viewing distance and surrounding buildings or trees. We look at how the display will be seen from the main approaches and recommend a position, size and configuration that gives the best visibility for your building.
Building attachment and structural assessment
Any display attached to a building adds load to the roof or wall. A structural assessment is carried out where required to confirm that the building can support the display and to determine the attachment method. The final design depends on the building construction and condition.
Roof access and installation planning
Installation at height requires safe access and careful planning. We confirm roof access, working areas, lifting equipment needs and any restrictions set by the building owner or body corporate before installation is scheduled.
- Roof and facade access routes
- Lifting and access equipment
- Building rules and working hours
Graphics replacement and ongoing upkeep
Rooftop and building displays are exposed to sun, wind and rain. Regular inspections and timely replacement of faded or damaged graphics protect your investment and your brand image. We can plan face replacements and maintenance visits to suit your campaign schedule.
Choosing between a single face and multiple faces
A single face suits buildings seen mainly from one direction. Corner, V-shaped and L-shaped configurations suit buildings on intersections or alongside roads where traffic approaches from more than one direction. We recommend a configuration once we understand the main sight lines.
Working with building owners and tenants
Installations on occupied buildings need careful coordination with owners, managing agents and tenants. We plan installation times, access routes and safety measures in advance, so the work causes as little disruption as possible to people using the building.

Frequently asked questions
Can any rooftop carry a billboard?
Not every roof is suitable. The building structure, roof type, condition and access all need to be assessed before a rooftop display can be recommended.
What is a V-shaped billboard?
A V-shaped billboard has two faces set at an angle, so each face can be seen by traffic approaching from a different direction.
Do you need access to the roof before quoting?
Photographs help us give an initial indication, but a site visit with roof access is normally needed before a final quotation.
Can you replace the graphics on our existing building display?
Yes. We can measure the existing frame, print replacement faces and install them, subject to safe access.
What should I include in my quote request?
The building address, roof and facade photographs, number of faces, approximate dimensions and information about access to the roof or facade.
