How to Approve Your Proof
Before we print, we email you a proof. Here is how to check it and approve it online in under a minute.
Approving online
Everything happens from the email we send you.
Open the proof email
You will receive an email titled “Please approve your artwork proof” with your proof files attached.
Check the proof carefully
Look at spelling, phone numbers, colours, sizes and layout. We print what you approve.
Click “Approve or request changes”
The button opens your private approval page, where you can view the proof files again.
Approve
Type your name, tick the box to confirm you have checked the proof, and click Approve proof. Your order moves to “Proof approved” and into the production queue.
Or request changes
Tell us what to change and upload new files if needed, then click Send changes. You can also simply reply to the email with your changes and attachments. We will send you an updated proof.
Same-day orders
Time matters.
- Please approve your proof within 1 hour of receiving it to keep your same-day slot.
- Once you approve, any error in the proof is your responsibility.
- Changes after approval may lose the same-day slot and add costs.
