How payment works
Simple rules that keep your order moving.
Production starts once payment has cleared
We start your job once your payment, or the agreed deposit, has reflected in our account.
Same-day orders: cleared payment by 09:00
For same-day collection, cleared payment must reach us by 09:00 on a business day. A proof of payment alone does not count as cleared funds.
Final balance before collection
If you paid a deposit, we email you the balance due when your order is ready. Please pay the final balance and send us your proof of payment.
Order released once funds clear
Your order will only be released once the funds have cleared in our account. Collection may be refused until payment is complete.
