Same-Day Printing Terms

1. Cut-off: 09:00

For same-day collection, we must have all of the following by 09:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday):

• Full order details: product, size, quantity, material and finishing.
• Press-ready artwork (PDF, correct size, CMYK, 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined).
• Cleared payment. A proof of payment alone does not count as cleared funds, so we may wait for the payment to reflect before starting.

Once we send your proof, you must approve it within 1 hour. Orders that miss the cut-off or the approval window, or that come in on a weekend or public holiday, move to the next business day.

2. Products that qualify

• Flyers, business cards and posters
• Pull-up banners, X-banners and PVC banners
• T-shirts printed with DTF or vinyl on stock garments
• Booklets, NCR books and stationery

Not every product or quantity qualifies. Bulk runs, special finishes, custom sizes, items we need to order in, installations and design work need longer lead times. Design requests add at least 24 hours. Please confirm on WhatsApp before you pay, and we’ll tell you whether your job can be done the same day. A 40% same-day surcharge applies to all same-day orders. It is shown on your quote before you pay.

3. Same-day is not guaranteed

Same-day service is a priority production attempt, not an absolute guarantee. We meet our same-day deadlines about 96% of the time. Completion depends on capacity, machines, staff, materials, suppliers and electricity. We are not liable for delays caused by load-shedding, machine breakdowns, stock shortages, supplier delays, late payment or approval, unsuitable artwork, or changes you make after approval. If we see that we can’t make the deadline, we will contact you with a new time or an alternative.

4. Collection only

Same-day orders are for collection only from Rivonia Central, Oriental City, Corner Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Avenue, Rivonia, Sandton, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). We will let you know when your order is ready. Collection may be refused until payment is complete.

Please inspect your goods when you collect them and report any visible issue straight away, before the goods are used or handed out. Goods left uncollected for 30 days after we notify you may be treated as abandoned.

5. Check your proof carefully

Same-day jobs go into production immediately, so please check spelling, numbers, contact details, colours and layout before approving. Once you approve a proof, any error in it is your responsibility. Changes after approval may lose the same-day slot and add costs.
