What you need to know before you order
Same-day is a priority production service for urgent jobs. These terms apply to every same-day order.
Cut-off is 09:00
We need full order details, press-ready artwork and cleared payment by 09:00 on a business day. A proof of payment alone is not cleared funds.
Approve your proof within 1 hour
Orders that miss the cut-off or approval window, or come in on weekends and public holidays, move to the next business day.
Qualifying products only
Bulk runs, special finishes, custom sizes, items we order in, installations and design work need longer. Design adds at least 24 hours. A 25% same-day surcharge applies.
Priority, not a guarantee
We meet same-day deadlines about 96% of the time. Load-shedding, breakdowns or stock issues can cause delays, and we will contact you with a new time or an alternative.

Same-day orders are collected from Rivonia Central, Sandton, Mon to Fri 08:30 to 17:00. Please inspect your goods on collection.

Same-day printing questions
What is the cut-off for same-day printing?
Order details, press-ready artwork and cleared payment must reach us by 09:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday). You then approve your proof within 1 hour.
Which products can be printed the same day?
Flyers, business cards, posters, pull-up banners, X-banners, PVC banners, DTF or vinyl T-shirts on stock garments, booklets, NCR books and stationery. WhatsApp us to confirm your quantity first.
Do you deliver same-day orders?
Same-day orders are for collection from our shop at Rivonia Central, Sandton. 24 and 48 hour orders can be delivered nationwide.
What if my artwork is not print-ready?
We can fix bleed, sizing, colours and small text changes, redraw logos or design from scratch. Design work adds at least 24 hours, and we confirm any cost before we start.
How long does branding on promotional gifts take?
Branding on stock promotional gifts and corporate clothing is usually done in 24 hours. Embroidery with a new logo and bulk screen printing take about 48 hours.
Is there an extra charge for same-day?
Yes. Same-day orders carry a 25% surcharge. It is shown on your quote before you pay.
