Frequently asked questions
What is the same-day cutoff?
We need full order details, press-ready artwork and cleared payment by 09:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday).
Which products can be done the same day?
Flyers, business cards and posters; pull-up banners, X-banners and PVC banners; T-shirts printed with DTF or vinyl on stock garments; and booklets, NCR books and stationery. Not every quantity qualifies, so please WhatsApp us before you pay.
Is there a surcharge?
Yes. A 40% same-day surcharge applies to all same-day orders. It is shown on your quote before you pay.
How quickly must I approve my proof?
Within 1 hour of receiving it, to keep your same-day slot. How to approve your proof.
Does a proof of payment count?
No. A proof of payment alone is not cleared funds, so we may wait for the payment to reflect before starting.
Can you design my artwork the same day?
Design requests add at least 24 hours, so they are not same-day. See the artwork checklist.
Do you deliver same-day orders?
Same-day orders are for collection only from our Rivonia shop, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
What if I miss the cutoff?
Orders that miss the cutoff or the approval window, or arrive on a weekend or public holiday, move to the next business day. Our 24 and 48 hour services cover many other products.
Is same-day guaranteed?
Same-day is a priority production attempt, not an absolute guarantee. If we see we cannot make the deadline, we will contact you with a new time or an alternative. Read the same-day terms.
