SAME DAY T-SHIRT PRINTING IN RIVONIA, SANDTON

We understand that many printing jobs are urgent. Sometimes events come up suddenly, clients need branded clothing at short notice, or a business needs uniforms ready for an activation, meeting, conference or promotion. That is why EXPRESS PRINT SOUTH AFRICA provides same day T-shirt printing services to help clients meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Same day service is subject to artwork readiness, stock availability, quantity, print size and production schedule.

A T-shirt is more than just clothing; it is a walking advertisement for your business, brand or message. We take every order seriously because your presentation matters. Our printing is suitable for company logos, staff names, slogans, photos, event designs, social media handles, school designs, church messages and custom artwork. We focus on clean print placement, strong colour visibility and a neat professional finish.

We offer DTF printing, which is a popular method for producing colourful, detailed and durable prints on T-shirts and other apparel. DTF is suitable for logos, full-colour graphics, small runs, personalised shirts and urgent orders. It works well for many types of designs, including bold branding, complex colours, gradients and detailed artwork. This makes it a practical solution for clients who need professional T-shirts without waiting many days for production.

Our same day T-shirt printing service is ideal for businesses needing staff uniforms, promotional teams, corporate giveaways, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, school trips, sports teams, family events, memorial shirts, birthday celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, music brands, church groups and community projects. Whether you need one design printed across many shirts or personalised names on each garment, our team can guide you on the best option.

For the fastest service, clients are encouraged to send print-ready artwork in high resolution. Vector files, PDF, PNG with transparent background or clear high-quality artwork are preferred. If artwork needs editing, cleaning, resizing, recreating or layout adjustment, our design team can assist, but this may affect the turnaround time and may carry an artwork fee. To avoid delays, please provide the correct spelling, shirt sizes, print positions, colours and quantities before production starts.

To place an order, send us your artwork, T-shirt quantity, sizes, colour preference, print size, print position and deadline. Our team will check stock availability and advise on the best production option. Once the quotation is accepted and payment is confirmed, your job will be scheduled for production. For same day orders, early confirmation is strongly recommended, as production slots fill up quickly.
