Road markings, parking layouts & traffic delineation
Road lines, directional arrows, parking bays, pedestrian crossings and loading zones, plus road studs, bollards and delineators to guide traffic safely on roads, parking areas and sites.
Clear layouts that guide traffic
Well-maintained road markings make roads and parking areas easier and safer to use. They separate traffic, show where to stop and where to walk, guide vehicles into parking bays and loading zones and help drivers at night and in rain. When markings fade, confusion and near-misses increase.
We mark new layouts and remark existing ones on roads, parking areas, estates, business parks, warehouses and shopping centres. We also supply and install road studs, bollards and delineators that add physical guidance and protection. Each project starts with the surface, the layout and how the area is used, so that the right materials and working methods are chosen.
Work on public roads must follow the relevant authority's requirements and is planned with appropriate traffic accommodation.

New layouts and remarking
For new layouts, we work from your site plan or help you plan bay sizes, traffic flow and pedestrian routes. For remarking, we follow the existing layout or update it where the use of the area has changed. A clear plan avoids wasted paint and confusion when the work is done.
Surface assessment and preparation
Markings last longer on a clean, sound surface. We assess the surface type and condition, and recommend cleaning or preparation where needed. Badly damaged surfaces may need repair before marking, which we will point out in the quotation.

Material options appropriate to the site
Different marking materials suit different traffic levels, surfaces and budgets. Some areas, such as busy roads, may also require reflective markings for night-time visibility. We recommend options suited to your site, and the final material specification is confirmed in your quotation.
Work scheduling and access coordination
Markings need dry weather and time to cure before traffic returns. We plan work outside busy hours where possible, close areas in sections and coordinate with your management or security team, so the site can keep operating.
Accessible parking and pedestrian routes
Accessible parking bays should be clearly marked, placed close to entrances and linked to safe pedestrian routes. Pedestrian walkways in parking areas help people move safely between vehicles and buildings. We include these in your layout where required.
Keeping markings visible
Markings wear away under traffic, sun and rain. High-traffic areas such as entrances, crossings and stop lines usually wear first. Regular remarking keeps your layout clear and helps road users understand where to drive, park and walk.
