Collecting your order
We let you know by email when your order is ready.
Where
Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City, corner Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Avenue, Rivonia, Sandton.
When
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
What to bring
Your quote, invoice or order number. Your order will only be released once payment has cleared in our account.
Check your goods
Please inspect your order when you collect it and report any visible issue straight away, before the goods are used or handed out.
Delivery
For orders that are not same-day.
Same-day orders are for collection only. For other orders, delivery and installation can be arranged and are quoted separately. Ask us when you request your quote. You can follow the “Out for delivery” stage on the order tracker.
