Good to know
A few tips so your order is right first time.
Dishwasher and microwave
Sublimated mugs are full colour and long lasting. Hand washing keeps the print bright for longest.
Larger orders
Bigger quantities for year-end or events may need more time. WhatsApp us the quantity before you pay.
Cutoff: 09:00
Same-day production requires payment, approved print-ready artwork and available stock before the daily cutoff of 09:00 (Monday to Friday). Quantities and finishing requirements may affect turnaround. Same-day orders are for collection from our Rivonia shop.
Surcharge & terms
A 40% same-day surcharge applies to same-day orders and is shown on your quote before you pay. Bulk runs, special finishes and design work need longer, so please WhatsApp us before you pay. Read the same-day terms.
How it works
From artwork to collection in four steps. See the full guide.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put my own photo on a mug?
Yes. Send us the photo and any text, and we will lay it out and show you a proof before printing.
Can you do mugs for the whole office the same day?
Small and medium quantities can usually be done the same day. Send us the quantity before 09:00 to confirm.
Does the print come off in the wash?
No. The ink is sublimated into the mug coating, so it does not peel. Hand washing keeps it brightest.
