Artwork sizing and production preparation
Billboard artwork is usually designed at a reduced scale and enlarged for print. We set up files in the correct proportions, add the bleed and fixing allowances your structure needs and check image resolution so that the printed face looks sharp at viewing distance. If your files need changes, we explain exactly what is required before printing.
Material and finishing options
The right material depends on how the face will be mounted, how long it will be displayed and where it is located. We discuss suitable outdoor print materials and finishing options, such as hemming, eyelets or other fixing methods, and match them to your structure. Final material and finishing are confirmed in your quotation.
New campaigns and replacement graphics
Whether you are launching a new campaign or replacing a weathered face, we coordinate artwork, printing and installation timing. For regular campaign changes, we can keep your billboard dimensions and fixing details on record so that future replacements are quicker to prepare and quote.

We prefer vector PDF, AI or EPS files with fonts outlined, and high-resolution images. If you only have a logo and a message, our design team can create the billboard layout for you.

Yes. We can design a new billboard from your brief, adapt existing campaign artwork or work from your print-ready files.
Do I need to know the exact billboard size?
