At Express Print South Africa, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality print, branding, signage, and packaging services with speed, precision, and care. Customer satisfaction is at the core of our business operations. However, due to the custom and personalized nature of our products and services, we have implemented a strict Return & Exchange Policy outlined below.
By placing an order with Express Print South Africa, you (the โClientโ) agree to the terms and conditions listed in this Return & Exchange Policy.
๐ Returns Timeframe
All complaints, concerns, or product issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any requests for returns or exchanges received after 24 hours of order delivery or collection will not be accepted or entertained, without exception.
We strongly encourage clients to inspect all items immediately upon receipt.

Express Print South Africa operates under a strict no refund policy.
This applies to all products and services sold, including but not limited to:
Custom printed clothing (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies)
Signage (e.g., banners, posters, correx boards, decals)
Promotional items (e.g., wristbands, flyers, stickers)
Packaging (e.g., paper bags, plastic bags, boxes)
Business stationery (e.g., business cards, booklets, invoices)
Vehicle branding and wraps
All bespoke or personalised orders
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction due to design, incorrect order placements, or delayed collections.
Instead, product exchanges or service corrections will be offeredโstrictly at our discretionโif valid complaints are lodged within 24 hours and meet the qualifying criteria.
โ Qualifying Reasons for Exchanges or Reprints
An exchange or service correction will be considered only if one or more of the following conditions are met:
Incorrect Product Delivered: If the delivered product does not match the final approved order, such as receiving flyers instead of booklets or t-shirts with the wrong artwork.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is visibly damaged upon delivery or collection and has not been tampered with. This includes torn banners, missing quantities, or misprints.
Design or Print Error Caused by Express Print: If there is a verified printing or design error on our part after artwork approval, such as spelling errors introduced by our design team or colour issues caused during printing.
Note: No returns will be accepted if the client approved a design/artwork that later contains an error not identified during the approval process.
โ ๏ธ Situations That Do Not Qualify for Return or Exchange
The following circumstances do not qualify for any returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Customer errors in artwork submission (e.g., incorrect spelling, low-resolution logos)
Design approved with errors by the customer, including spelling, layout, or positioning issues
Delays in collection or delivery beyond our control
Colour variation due to screen-to-print differences
Change of mind after production begins
Failure to read or understand product descriptions or specifications before purchase
Customer dissatisfaction with design aesthetics after approval
Wear and tear or misuse after collection or delivery

To initiate an exchange, the customer must follow this process:

Return the Product to Our Store
Physical returns (if applicable) must be delivered back to our store:

Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.Inspection and Verification
Our quality control team will inspect the returned item(s) within 2โ3 business days. If we verify that the product qualifies for an exchange, we will reprint, replace, or correct the issue at no additional cost.
๐ ๏ธ Resolution Timeframe
If the return qualifies for correction, you can expect:
Reprint or Replacement: Within 5โ7 working days from the date of approval
Communication: We will notify you via WhatsApp or email on progress and collection date
Collection: Reprints must be collected from our store unless delivery was arranged in the original order
๐ Final Notes
One-time Correction Policy: Only one correction or reprint will be issued per complaint.
Customer Negligence: If the error is found to be on the clientโs part, no replacement or reprint will be offered.
No Cash Refunds: As per company policy, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Partial Returns: We do not accept partial returns or unused product returns after dispatch.
Service Bookings (e.g., vehicle branding): If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment, rebooking may incur additional fees.
