Terms and Conditions for Express Print South Africa
Artwork Requirements
All artwork submitted for printing must be print-ready. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the artwork is in the correct format, resolution, and specifications for printing. We do not take responsibility for errors or issues arising from artwork that does not meet these standards. Clients must approve artwork before production begins.
Artwork Approval and Submission
Clients are required to approve artwork in writing (via email or other documented means). Failure to do so may result in delays in processing orders. All artwork must be submitted in a printable format. Any additional work required to make the artwork print-ready will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client beforehand.
Lead Times
Our standard lead time is 16 hours. All work submitted today will be ready the following day, depending on what time payment and artwork were received. This lead time guideline supersedes any times promised by our staff. If you order today, you will get your order the following day by the end of the day. If there is any other means to help you before these deadlines, that’s great, but those are not the stipulated times. Please plan your printing well in advance and allow the printing company time to source products for your order.
No Refund Policy
Express Print South Africa does not offer any refunds for printing jobs that have already been completed but not collected according to the deadlines outlined here. Clients are liable for the full cost of their order if they have budgeted time without thoroughly reading our terms and conditions. If there is reasonable grounds for refund, payments are made within 30 days from date of payment.
Payment and Collection
No jobs will be actioned without full payment. No collection of completed jobs will be allowed until funds have cleared in our account. Please plan your printing in advance and ensure that payments are made on time to avoid delays.
Same-Day Printing
Same-day printing is available under specific conditions. If you place an order for same-day printing, it must be done within our operational hours and only after full payment has been received and artwork has been approved. Express Print South Africa reserves the right to refuse same-day printing if any of these conditions are not met. Any expedited or rush orders that require additional effort or resources will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client beforehand.
Liability for Errors
Express Print South Africa is not liable for errors in printing that are due to incorrect or inadequate artwork, or for delays caused by late payment or late submission of artwork. Clients are responsible for checking the final proof and ensuring that all information is correct before production begins.
Amendments to Orders
Changes or amendments to orders must be made in writing and are subject to approval by Express Print South Africa. If changes are made after the initial approval, additional costs and lead time delays may occur.
Customer Communication
Express Print South Africa communicates with clients primarily through email. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to receive communications from Express Print South Africa due to incorrect contact information will not be grounds for refunds or order cancellation.
