At Express Print South Africa, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless and efficient process for all your printing needs. Whether you require urgent printing services or custom designs, our structured approach ensures that you receive high-quality products in a timely manner. Here’s how our process works:

1. Choose Your Products

Begin by visiting our product page, where you can explore our extensive range of printing options. Each product listing includes detailed information, photos, and pricing. You can easily select from various sizes and quantities, with many pages featuring a pricing calculator. Simply enter your desired specifications (remember to input sizes in millimeters) and click “Calculate my price” to get an instant quote. Once you’re satisfied, add the items to your cart.

2. Place Your Order

After adding all the necessary products to your cart, proceed to checkout by clicking the checkout button at the top right corner of the page. Alternatively, you can email your order to info@expressprint.co.za with your invoice name, delivery address, and contact number. Importantly, no payment is required at this stage; we only request payment once you have approved your artwork proof.

3. Artwork Submission

If you’re ready to provide your artwork files, you can upload them during the checkout process. If not, don’t worry! An email will be sent to you with a link to submit your artwork later. For print-ready files, ensure they meet our artwork specifications (details available on our website). If you need assistance with design or finishing touches, feel free to upload any logos or elements you have, and we’ll discuss any additional costs for design services.

4. Processing Your Order

Once your order is submitted, our internal sales team will review any uploaded files. If there are questions or issues regarding your artwork, we will reach out promptly for clarification. After confirming that we have everything needed, a job sheet is created for our artwork team. You will receive an official order confirmation detailing the next steps.

5. Proofing Stage

Before production begins, our artwork team will send you a digital proof of your design for approval. We do not proceed with production until you have signed off on the artwork—this step is crucial to ensure that everything meets your expectations.

6. Production Phase

Once you approve the proof, your job enters production the following working day. This marks Day 1 of the quoted production time, which varies depending on the product’s complexity and processes involved. You can find specific production times listed on each product page.

7. Payment Process

On the morning your job enters production, we will send you a tax invoice requesting full payment before dispatching your order. The invoice includes a link for online payment via credit card or EFT details for bank transfers. For orders exceeding R3,300 (including VAT), a 30% deposit is required prior to production commencement.

8. Completion and Dispatch

Once your order is complete and payment has been confirmed, our dispatch coordinator will arrange for delivery via our trusted courier service or notify you when it’s ready for collection.
