How your order works, step by step
From choosing your products to collecting your order, here is exactly what happens. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof.
Our order process
The same simple steps whether you order online, in-store, by email or on WhatsApp.
Choose your products
Browse the online shop or our services. Add items to your cart, or request a quote for custom work, bulk orders and branding.
Place your order
Check out online, or email your order to [email protected] with your company name, contact details and delivery address. The minimum online order is R1,000 (stamps excluded).
Send your artwork
Upload your logo or design when you order, or email it to us afterwards. Not print-ready? Our designers can set it up for you. See our artwork guidelines and design packages.
We check your files
Our team checks your artwork and order details and contacts you if anything is unclear, so there are no surprises later.
Approve your proof
We email you a digital proof showing your design and its position. Production only starts once you approve it in writing. How to approve your proof.
Payment
Pay securely online by card or Instant EFT through PayFast, or by EFT bank transfer. Production starts once payment, or the agreed deposit, has cleared. Payment and order release.
Production
Your order is printed and branded in-house in Rivonia. Lead times depend on the product and branding method. For same-day jobs, cleared payment must reach us by 09:00 on a business day.
Collection or delivery
Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, or choose courier delivery. Any balance must be paid before your order is released. Track your order online at any time.
