Billboard structures, fabrication & installation
From site assessment to fabrication and installation, we help you put up new billboard structures, assess existing frames and install printed faces safely and correctly.
Structures built around the site
Every billboard structure depends on its site. Ground conditions, wind exposure, visibility, mounting height and access all influence the right structure and installation method. We start with a site assessment, then propose a structure type and size that suits your location and the way your billboard will be used.
We supply and install freestanding billboard structures, wall-mounted frames, single-sided and double-sided displays, and we install printed faces on new and existing structures. Where foundations or structural design are required, the work is scoped with appropriately qualified professionals and confirmed in your quotation.
We also assess existing structures that need repairs, new faces or a change in use, and we tell you clearly what work is needed before anything goes ahead.

Site assessment and structure selection
A site assessment confirms the display position, viewing angles, distances, ground or wall conditions and any obstructions. Based on this, we recommend a structure type, display size and mounting height. Photographs and a site address help us prepare for the visit and give you an initial indication of what is possible.
Fabrication and mounting arrangements
Structures and frames are fabricated to the agreed dimensions and finished for outdoor use. Mounting arrangements depend on the structure type: freestanding structures need suitable foundations, while wall-mounted frames need fixings matched to the wall construction. All details are confirmed after the site assessment.
Foundations and structural design where required
Larger structures and exposed sites may require foundation design and structural input from appropriately qualified professionals. Where this applies, we include it in the project scope so that the structure is designed for the site conditions. Any permissions or approvals required for the site remain an important part of the planning process.
Installation access and lifting requirements
Installation may require access equipment, cranes or cherry pickers, and sometimes temporary road or pavement arrangements. We confirm access, working space and any lifting requirements during the assessment and plan the installation with you and the property owner.
- Vehicle and equipment access to the site
- Working space around the structure
- Coordination with the property owner
Single-sided or double-sided?
A single-sided structure faces one direction of traffic. A double-sided structure carries two faces back to back, so it can reach traffic in both directions from one structure. The right choice depends on the road layout and how the site is approached.
Working with property owners
Most billboard structures are placed on property owned by someone else. We coordinate with the property owner on access, positioning and installation days, and we ask for the owner's approval status at the enquiry stage.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do site assessments before quoting for a new structure?
Yes. A site assessment is usually needed to confirm the position, size, mounting height, ground or wall conditions and access before we can provide a firm quotation.
Can you install faces on an existing billboard structure?
Yes. We can assess the existing structure, recommend any repairs and install new printed faces.
Who is responsible for approvals for a new billboard?
Approvals depend on the location and the authority involved. Please tell us whether you have the property owner's consent and any approvals in place, and we will include the planning requirements we know of in the project scope.
What information should I send for a quotation?
The site address, photographs of the site, proposed dimensions, whether it is a new or existing structure and the property-owner approval status.
Do you provide access equipment for installation?
Access and lifting equipment are planned per site and included in the quotation where required.
