Good to know
A few tips so your order is right first time.
Subject to stock
Same day depends on the item being in stock in your colour and quantity. WhatsApp us your quantity first and we will check.
Logo format
A vector logo (PDF, AI or EPS) gives the sharpest branding on pens and notebooks.
Cutoff: 09:00
Same-day production requires payment, approved print-ready artwork and available stock before the daily cutoff of 09:00 (Monday to Friday). Quantities and finishing requirements may affect turnaround. Same-day orders are for collection from our Rivonia shop.
Surcharge & terms
A 40% same-day surcharge applies to same-day orders and is shown on your quote before you pay. Bulk runs, special finishes and design work need longer, so please WhatsApp us before you pay. Read the same-day terms.
How it works
From artwork to collection in four steps. See the full guide.
