Same-Day Artwork Checklist
Print-ready artwork is the key to same-day printing. Check your files against this list before you send them.
Print-ready checklist
Your file should tick every box.
- PDF format, saved at the correct finished size.
- CMYK colour, not RGB, so colours print as expected.
- 3 mm bleed on all sides for anything printed to the edge.
- Fonts outlined (converted to curves) so text prints exactly as designed.
- Text checked: spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, dates and prices.
- Images clear and sharp, not copied from websites or social media.
- Logo files in good quality, ideally vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF).

Before you approve
Same-day jobs go into production straight after approval.
Please check your proof carefully. Once you approve a proof, any error in it is your responsibility, and changes after approval may lose your same-day slot and add costs. How to approve your proof.
