Production starts once your payment, or the agreed deposit, has cleared in our account. For same-day orders, cleared payment must reach us by 09:00 on a business day.

For same-day jobs, a proof of payment alone does not count as cleared funds. Your order is released once the funds have cleared.

We email you the balance when your order is ready. Please pay it and send your proof of payment before collection or delivery.

Yes. Card and Instant EFT payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never ask for your card details by phone or email.

PDF, AI, EPS and SVG are best. PNG, JPG and TIF work if they are at least 300 DPI at full size. See our artwork guidelines.

Choose your speed when you order: Economy (5 to 12 business days) or Standard (3 to 5 business days) at the listed price, Express next business day (+35%) or Same day (+40%). Times count from proof approval and payment. Many products show a ready-by date when you order.

Goods left uncollected for 30 days after we notify you may be treated as abandoned.

Yes, R1,000 per online order, and you can combine products to reach it. Orders of only stamps or only design services have no minimum.

Supplier products are ordered in for you, so small items have a minimum of 10. Banners and displays can be ordered as 1, and flags from 2.

Our listed T-shirt prices apply from 10 shirts. Smaller orders are welcome at a small-order rate shown on the product.

NCR books start at 5 books. Clear plastic business cards are sold in packs of 500, and metal business cards from 300.
