It is essential to understand that by engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms regarding liability and risk.

Acknowledgment of Risk

1. Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that any garments or items brought to Express Print South Africa for branding are done so at your own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, accessories, and other personal items. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of these items while they are in our possession.
2. Nature of Services: The branding process may involve various techniques such as printing, embroidery, and heat transfer. While we take every precaution to handle your items with care, there is an inherent risk of damage during these processes due to factors beyond our control.

Liability Disclaimer

3. No Replacement or Compensation: Express Print South Africa explicitly states that we do not provide replacements or compensation for any garments or items that are damaged, lost, or stolen while in our care. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances surrounding the incident.
4. Exceptions for Store Items: In contrast, if you choose to purchase garments or items directly from our store and those items become damaged during the branding process, we will gladly replace them at no additional cost.

Indemnification

5. Indemnity Clause: By utilizing our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Express Print South Africa, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services. This includes any claims related to the loss or damage of your personal items brought for branding.
